She toured so many properties with us to ensure we found exactly what we were looking for. She advocated for us every step of the way and was not satisfied until we were happy with the outcome. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to switch over to be in Gina’s care and she didn’t miss a beat. Before I could follow up on any outstanding questions or requests, Gina would send me a message or give me a call with an update. Gina is one of the sweetest people you will meet, and she worked very hard to help us negotiate a very difficult period of first renting and then selling our home.Our home was not the typical higher-end property that Gina is used to dealing in, and she still gave us the attention we needed and she and her team were always available to answer any questions and to get our paperwork in order from the inspection process through closing.Gina went well above what we expected from our realtor, and we are very grateful for her help in selling our home that was beyond what a typical realtor will do. Gina did an amazing job for us! She is extremely knowledgeable of Chattanooga and surrounding areas. If it wasn't for her I honestly do not know what we would have done. She treated us like family and did everything she could to get us the best deal possible. Even after we've closed she has bent over backwards to help out and make sure that we are happy. Her communication whether it was via email, text, or phone was always above expectations even on the weekends and nights.

Our biggest obstacle was that we lived 700 miles away and after meeting with her we knew immediately that we could trust her with design decisions on the home. It was very comforting knowing that you were being represented by someone who was actually looking for your best interest and not hers.
